Three more trips up from the basement with branches, trunk and top. Found timer, the mechanical kind, as did not want to figure out how to program the electronic kind. Had to find more of the little on and off things . Note to self: you need to get rid of some of the
junk in the junk drawer!
Top in place , wires connected, branches fluffed . Straightened the top spire. Looking good. Added rows 2,3,4. All connected, but last 1/2 of row not lighting. Chase down short ( or is it long?). Located and fixed. Step back and admire!!
Now for 5 and will be half done. It gets harder as the tree gets bigger. Have built both ways , top down and bottom up. Neither easy the end!!
Must add more branches yet tonight. Looks odd with nothing below 4 feet!
